Joey is a senior project manager who joined Luk + Associates in 2016.  He is primarily working on projects in San Francisco and Oakland that require close collaboration with the project teams, and diligence in detailed design. Joey is responsible for preparing construction documents, specifications, engineering calculations and cost estimates for civil engineering on- and off-site improvements. Due to the numerous SF projects he has participated in, Joey has developed great working relationships with many City and public agency staff in San Francisco.

 

Prior to working at Luk + Associates, Joey worked at Arup from 2010 to 2016 in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dublin, Ireland.  From 2006 to 2010 Joey worked at RBF in the East Bay.   

 

Joey earned a BS in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley and is a Registered Civil Engineer (California #74959).
