Charles Luk joined Luk + Associates in 2012. As the firm’s surveying manager, Charles coordinates the scheduling of and daily activities of the field survey crews, particularly construction staking, construction monitoring and photographic surveys, topographic/boundary/ALTA surveys, and setting or restoring monuments or property corner markings.  Charles is in charge of quality control of all office and field survey work, and his meticulous attention to detail both before and after the field work is performed ensures the accuracy and thoroughness that our surveying team is known for, particularly in the field of construction staking.

Charles earned a BS in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University.
